Tabitha Vaughn, RN

​Tabitha Vaughn is Flagler Health+’s Administrator of Perioperative Surgical Services, where she is responsible for the leadership, oversite, and strategic direction of surgical and ambulatory services across two locations.

She joined Flagler Health+ as Director of Ambulatory Surgical Services, Multi-Site in 2019, where she managed day-to-day operations of Orthopedic ASC and Multispecialty HOPD. Prior to that, she was RN Administrator & Infection Control Coordinator at Patient Partners Surgery Center in Gallatin, Tenn., and RN Administrator & Clinical Director at the St. Charles Surgery Center in St. Charles, Missouri.

Early in her career in healthcare, Ms. Vaughn was RN Charge Nurse Telemetry & MICU at Mercy Hospital, followed by time working as RN Infection Control Preventionist & QAPI Coordinator at the St. Louis Eye Surgery & Laser Center.

She earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Mineral Area Community College and her Bachelor of Healthcare Administration/Management from Western Governors University.
